When are you open?
The kiosk in the Grüssen-Center is open daily 09:00–19:00. Different hours on public holidays are listed under opening hours.
Do you deliver?
We don't deliver ourselves. You can get our range delivered through Just Eat (daily 11:00–19:00, minimum order CHF 10.00, delivery fee CHF 1.90–CHF 7.90 depending on the area). All areas are listed under delivery area.
How do I pay online?
Online you pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is handled by SumUp; we never see your card details.
Can I pay with TWINT?
Not online: our online payment does not offer TWINT. In store you can pay with TWINT, card or cash. Orders with tobacco products, vapes or CBD are paid at pickup with TWINT or cash.
Is there a minimum order?
Online orders for pickup have a minimum order value of CHF 10.00, with no service fee. For delivery through Just Eat, their minimum order of CHF 10.00 applies.
Do I need ID?
18+: we always check official ID at pickup. This applies to alcohol, tobacco products, vapes and CBD. Without valid ID we cannot hand these items over.
Can I order tobacco and CBD online?
Tobacco products, vapes and CBD are for people aged 18 and over only. You can reserve them online for pickup, but you pay at pickup with TWINT or cash and show official ID.
What happens if I don't collect my order?
Your order stays ready until closing time on the day you chose. Running late? Move the pickup time on your order page (up to 3 times). If an order you paid online isn't collected by closing time, you get the full amount as store credit, valid for 12 months online and in store. Prefer your money back? Write to info@gruessen-shop.ch: we refund it to your card minus the card fee. Details are in our terms.
How long does pickup take?
Your order is usually ready 15 minutes after you order. At checkout you choose a pickup time in 15-minute steps, up to 30 minutes before closing. We email you as soon as it is ready.
